Granny's Garden School collaboration with The Arts Institute of Ohio-Cincinnati began the fall of 2009 when one of their instructors, Lindsey Cook came to volunteer at our Harvest Celebration.

This simple connection quickly evolved into a relationship that is beneficial to both organizations.  Granny's offers the students a unique volunteer opportunity that allows them to fill their community service requirements by harvesting and cooking with the freshest possible ingredients.  Their participation allows Granny's to invite the community to Tasting Parties throughout the growing seasons.  The tasting parties introduce the general pubic to simple and tasty ways to use fresh produce.

"Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant."  Robert Louis Stevenson
