pick up plants from
500 Loveland-Madeira Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45224. Tel:
513-681-8688 and deliver them to our sale sight at primary
school.
___2- 3 pm Help
transport plants from Blooms & Berries
9669 st rt 48 loveland oh 45140 (about
5 minutes from school) to the primary school.
___2:30-dark -
at primary school unload plants from trucks and transport to
display areas.
___2:30-dark put
up signs inside display area and around the community.
___ Hostess -
Prepare supplies and general setup for coffee, donut, bagel
table and volunteer comfort area.
___Pick up
bagels at 7:45 pm from Skips Bageldeli

Saturday, May 5th
___ A hostess
job for early birds (we open at 7 am) ___ 6:30 am pick up donuts
from Dunkin Donuts (couple of doors down from the school) Set up
coffee, donut, bagel table.
___ Hostess for
later in the day - to keep volunteer comfort station organized
and bring refreshments to the cashiers.
___ Talliers - Tally purchases before they get to the cashier.
Most prices are color coded so it's just a matter of writing
down the total number of each color. Exceptions are not
complicated.

11am-3pm, __1-5 pm.
___ Cashiers -
We could use two additional cashiers.
___Plant experts
- You don't have to be an expert just experienced with working
with plants. If you are a passionate gardener, that's the kind
of expertise we are seeking.
