Come Bearing Flowers

“Sometimes the tiniest flowers smell the sweetest.” Emilie Barnes

At Granny's Garden School, we believe flowers are for picking and find many ways to share them with the community.  Each week volunteers make large bouquets of flowers and  deliver them to various businesses and organizations nearby.

Whenever a group or individual comes to tour the gardens or volunteer we invite them to pick a vase from our donated supply and pick a bouquet of flowers to take home.

On various occasions throughout the year, Mother's Day, Grandparent's Day and during the Great Outdoors Weekend we invite the community to visit the gardens and pick a bouquet of flowers.

"Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant."  Robert Louis Stevenson
