Sam came to the school the fall of 2002 and spent the winter
in front of the Elementary School.
Rosemary moved into the herb garden at the primary school spring 2003.
It didn't take long for them to notice each other. They met Memorial
Day and celebrated the holiday together.
There is little privacy for iron people living in front of two schools.
The Loveland Herald spread this Memorial Day photo of the couple all over
town.
They spent the summer enjoying the different parts of the gardens.
There were lots of picnics and "walks" along
the garden paths.
Sam proposed to Rosemary in the sunflower patch.
They were married under the trellis in front of the primary school.
It was a simple wedding .. just a few guests. There was no time for
a honeymoon. With school starting they had to go back to work in
the gardens.
Sam and Rosemary will be dividing their time between the primary and
elementary schools. They don't want to spend too much time apart,
especially now that they are starting a family.

Now the parents of twin ][boy and girl, Sam and Rosemary spend their
time doing family kinds of things. Rosemary has taken up sewing and made
these matching dresses for herself and her daughter last spring.
Their son is a real Tigers fan and they can hardly get him to wear anything
but his favorite Tiger's T-shirt.
The whole family is very involved with the Boy Scouts.
