Comments: Kids love tasting broccoli right in the gardens.  Be sure and check very closely for insects.  The cabbage work is exactly the same color as the broccoli and easy to miss.

When to plant: Start seeds inside in February for an early harvest.  Seeds can also be planted right in the garden March/April but are slow to germinate and need to be kept moist. Start it mid July for a fall harvest.

What should the plant look like and how are we harvesting the plant. to be added

Recipes - There is no need to coat broccli with chesse to get kids to eat it.  Try it  in a veggie salad. Another open is lightly steamed with herbs or in stir fry.
